This is a COUR-CHEVERNY 2020 wine aged in barrel for 12 months. A top-of-the-range wine for laying down that can be kept for 10 to 15 years.

Tasting:
- Serving temperature: Serve at 8°C
- Color: Pale yellow with shades of straw.
- Nose: White flowers, honey.
The nose reveals woody nuances with hints of eucalyptus.
On the palate, the wine is surprisingly delicate and well-balanced, with hints of wood in harmony with the fruit.
Notes of acacia flowers and honey are present on the nose and then on the palate.
Toasty and cocoa aromas emerge after a few years' cellaring.
We recommend opening the wine at least one hour before drinking, or decanting it. This will allow the aromas and fruit to express themselves fully!
Suggested dishes:
- Aperitif, fish and seafood (pan-fried scallops), goat's cheese, white meats, grilled cockerel and asparagus.
Romorantin is the only local grape variety in the world to characterise the AOC Cour-Cheverny appellation. It is not grown in any other vineyard, either in France or anywhere else in the world.
